Subject: European Union Regulation 2023/1214 update to 833/2014
Pursuant to the EU regulation 833/2014, Council Regulation (EU) 2023/2014 which bans the direct or indirect sourcing of iron and steel from Russia, Toby Electronics Ltd has surveyed our supply chain and is confident that our products do not contain iron or steel sourced from Russia.
Toby Electronics Ltd will continue to monitor and evaluate our supply chain to ensure compliance with all applicable international laws and regulations. Toby Electronics Ltd takes all supply issues seriously and places a high value on supply chain due diligence and responsible sourcing.
