NVAC Label Update: Label format revision to add QR code and serial number.

Adding serial number to NVAC label improves material traceability throughout manufacturing processes. A QR code is replacing the order number on the label and the date ode is now built into the serial number.
SN# Key: YY = Year, WW = Week, ZZZ = Unique identifier.
