Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Unlike many component distributors,Toby does not set a minimum order
value. A few of our product lines are subject to minimum order quantities-
when a standard manufacturer pack quantity applies for example

A: Subject to normal terms and conditions, credit accounts are available

A: We are happy to establish fixed price agreements, based on your annual

Q: Can I pay in Euros or US dollars?
A: In addition to Sterling, Toby accepts payment in Euros and US Dollars
for all telephone orders. Online orders placed through the WorldPay payment
system can only be accepted in Sterling.
Q: Can I charge online orders to my Toby account?
A: Yes. If you are an existing Toby account holder please send an
email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking
us to activate your online account facility. When buying online, you will
be offered the opportunity to place orders on your Toby account at the
select payment option stage.
Q. How quickly will my order be despatched?
A: We endeavour to provide same day despatch on all orders for items held in stock. A choice of standard, next day and timed deliveries is available. Occasionally we may be unable to achieve same day despatch due to high order volumes. In particular, we typically experience a significant increase in business levels at the start of each month. Q: What are the postage and packing charges for orders placed via
A:Delivery to mainland UK addresses is free for all online orders worth £40 or more. For smaller orders the postage and packing is still only £3.95 for standard Royal Mail delivery. A choice of next-day and timed delivery via major parcel couriers is also available.
Q: Do you supply outside the UK?
A: Subject to normal terms and conditions, we can supply companies and
organisations anywhere in the world.
Q: Do you offer rep visits?
A: Our team of field sales representatives covers most of the mainland
UK and can provide face-to-face assistance with a wide range of commercial,

A: To ensure correct product specification, we are pleased to be able
to offer free samples of most of our interconnection and commodity products.
Q: Can you hold buffer stock for me?
A: Toby offers a full range of value added logistics services. As well
as holding buffer stock for customers in our purpose-built distribution
centre, we can also accommodate supply requirements such as kanban and bar-coding.
